The Give Team Program emphasizes the importance of GIVING. Whether it's giving your best effort during a workout, or giving something to those around you to help, it serves to build strength. BE STRONG! GIVE MORE!
Go easy and feel each motion and movement, or go for your high intensity experience. Include a weighted vest or ruck to add a different type of challenge. The Give Team 15 is a perfect warmup for your workout. Or if you go hard enough and do it a few times, it could be a workout in itself. And if you REALLY want a special experience, try THE GIVE TEAM 15 - CORE at the bottom of the page.
No matter how little you have, you ALWAYS have something to give.
